the night before i was having lower back pain and i was feeling like vomanting and the next morning i woke up and i was bleeding a little and in an hour or two a small blood clot came out and i figured i was miscarring but i didnt bleed alot i only bleed for a day did i miscarred or not before this happen a week or two i flet p.g. all the sings but sleepy so please reply
