I think it did for me! I have been with my boyfriend for 12 years, never used any sort of protection, and we just never got pregnant. We tried off and on a few months over the years and were about to give up. I read somewhere that you should take prenatal vitamins before consieving. So, I started taking them about 9 months ago. I am now 4 months pregnant, and we haven't done anything else differently! Go get some vitamins! I used Nature's Made.
