did you find relief from your bad symptoms?

Hi, I am a forty seven years old woman. I am in menopause. During the last two years I gained weight and became very depressed. However, the drugs that the doctor prescribed were giving results. But the weight stayed. Hopefully, it will come off too. Did you find relief from your bad symptoms?

Hi, I know what you mean. Apart from other bad symptoms, weight gain was the one I just could not bare. On the other hand, I am very happy with the results the medicines produced with other symptoms. Therefore the answer is yes. I found relief from my bad symptoms. Again, except one-weight. Since I think that the drugs are not so good, I have turned to another approach for dealing with this problem. I have started going on aerobic classes. It seams that aerobics is giving results. I also apply a diet which I composed myself. I suggest you do the same. This way you do not only lose weight but also living a healthy life.
