Hello, guys. My kid has been diagnosed diabetes. I know that he must be on special regime of food. I am not familiar with all the details. That is why I would like to know something more about diet for children with diabetes. I would appreciate if anyone could answer me anything. Thanks.

Hello. I cannot give you details about diet for your kid. The age and weight are very important for that. It is important that his diet must be reach with fibers and carbohydrates. He mustn’t eat regular sweets without limitation. However, there are many diabetic cookies and sweets on the market. You must visit dietician. He will make an exact diet for your kid which you will follow. Insulin therapy is also necessary for all kids with type 1 diabetes. Good luck!
