Hello.
My daughter is convinced she is fat. I guess she knows she is not really fat, it is just that she could loose a pound or two... ok, she doesn’t want to take lunch in scholl, so how can I persuade her to start normally eat and take lunches at school? Is anyone maybe familiar with some dietician while schooling? What would that be?

Hello!
I guess best would be if she would take lunch at school, but not like sandwiches or similar fats food. Best would be if she would take fruits or vegetables. If she really wants to loose a pound or two, that should work. I understand this by term dietician schooling. For me dietician schooling definitely doesn’t mean staving while schooling...this doesn’t provide enough energy to think and be effective in school!
