| Hi. I am a 21 years old woman and I am a bit overweight. I am working out, but I am planning to go on a diet some of these days. I know lots and lots of stories where people lost some weight, and then gain it back. Disregarding this, is there some side effects to dieting? Any info on this is good. |

| Well, as long as you don’t starve yourself to death, you are good to go. Bulimia, and anorexia are sometimes called side effects of dieting. They are not. They are the side effects of starving, and diet is a way of life, not a one time thing. So as long as you conduct accordingly – sleep for eight hours, have 5+ meals a day and do some workout, you cant really go wrong. |
