diff testicle sizes and positions

I am an adult male, my two testicle are out of my torso. But the left is large an looks normal but my right is small, higher up and tucked away behind my left (between my legs). When I ejac it seems my left is the one that always works. How do I encourage the right on to descend? or at least work! Maybe I can do some excercises or something to stimulate it? Any ideas? I do worry about cancer with that one. Should I worry?

Hey there,

When did you notice this? Was this size difference always present or you noticed it lately? Did you notice any shape changes or hard non-moving lumps on your testes? It's pretty common that one testes hand lower than the other, and also some people have one a slight larger than the other.

If you have no discomfort, or pain, swelling or similar symptoms, your testes are fine and different size in your case doesn't play big role!

Thanks however the two sizes are quite different - substantially so. Is this OK? I do not think the left one actually works - in fact ever worked. How do I know if it works or not. Does this matter at all?

this problem is actually more common than you wud think..

im pretty sur wat you have is an "eptopic" testis.. uhh.. go to see a doctor to confirm.. if it is, they might do a small surgery to get it into place.. then it wil be ok
