Hi, I am 24 years old and I am training body building. I know it is very healthy to drink at lease 2 liters water per day but I would like to know which one is better and where is difference between still and sparkling water. If someone knows something more about this feel free to tell me.
Hi, there are several opinions about difference between still and sparkling water. Some people say that sparkling water is better for digestive system which may be very good for body building. Also on the other side some people say that sparkling water may cause stone in gall bladder and urinary system. However it is upon you to decide which water you will choose.
