I have a lump about a third of the size of my left testical, which seems to be actually inside the testical it isnt hard, but causes an ache when squeezed. also a much smaller stone like lump attached by wot seems like a vein to the top of my right testicle. this again causes no pain unless squeezed.

any help would be appreciated
