difficulty breathing after having my gallbladder removed

i had my gallbladder removed two days ago and i cant control the pain with the pain meds they gave me (vicodin) i take 2 every 4 hrs. and i can barley talk cause im having a hard time breathing. i cant talk very loud and i gasp for air. i feel like i cant catch my breath and when i get up to walk i cant stand up straight and then i have a really hard time breathing. is this normal? why am i struggling to breath? i dont smoke and im in good health. and is the pain suppose to be this bad? help! thanks Sad
