difficulty maintaining erection

For the last three months I have been experiencing problems with holding my erections. Even at moments when I am extremely interested in a girl and extremely excited I can’t hold it for too long like I used. I am healthy and haven’t had any serious operations and I don’t take any medicines or drugs. I have been overworking but I don’t think that’s the cause. Any idea what it could be?

It could be just the thing you doubt. If you had been working really hard and had been stressed about it and had no much time to relax, you could be experiencing erectile dysfunction because of that. Do you drink? Smoke? These two factors can also contribute to problems like yours as smoking constricts blood vessels and interferes with circulation (and you know how you get erected) and alcohol consumption can depress the nervous system and reduce erectile function.

Iam 21 years old 5 ft 10 in good physical health dont smoke or drink and ive never had any sexual problems before. ive been with a girl for 6 months and we had sex for the first time and i lost my erection in the past ivehad low self esteem about the size of my penis. and i havent been sexually active for over a year is this going to keep happening?
