My brother is complaining on occasional difficulty swallowing. He can swallow the food but like something is there he says and it “stops” the food. It is been more then week like this. What it can be? We are all concerned about it.
Occasional difficulty swallowing usually isn't cause for concern. It may simply occur when he eats too fast or don't chews his food well enough, but persistent difficulty swallowing may indicate a serious medical condition requiring treatment. Treatments depend upon the cause, but in many cases the condition can be partially or completely corrected. He should see a doctor as soon as he can.
