difficulty urinating ........causes?

i have had some trouble urinating for about the past 4 to 5 months, and have been tested for std's and for bladder problems. i have noticed that some were along to way my penis, dosent curve to the left but points to the left, and was wondering if that is causeing this problem. im 16 years old...man, i feel like an old man. any advice?
