I have digesting problems and my stomach has problem digesting milk. I have to avoid milk and milk products that am very fond of. I am 24 and developed this difficulty few months ago. Why does that happen? I guess that this is not serious disorder.

You probably developed lactose intolerance. That is not serious disorder. You have lack of enzyme lactase. Lactose is present in number of foods made with milk, like bread, cookies, pancakes, mixes for cookies, salad dressings etc. But you can find pills and drops that help digesting lactose. They should be taken before meal that contains lactose and are called enzyme caplets. There is also lactose-reduced milk affordable in groceries.
