Hello there! My uncle is a 66 years old male who has participated in the Vietnam war for 2, 5 years. There he hurt his back badly and was sent home. The pain was reduced with the pain killers then and exercise but now the doctors found out that he has a scheuermann’ disease. He is about to have a surgery done. As his income is very limited I was wondering if he had any right to Veteran’s disability pension.
Hello! I am 100 % sure that your uncle has every right to Veterans Disability Pension. My father had a similar story but it was my brother who helped him, so I don’t know much about it but I know that if a wartime veteran is over 65 years old, and has a low income then he is qualified for the Veterans Pension.
