| I had a problem last summer while on vacation. After swimming all day in the ocean, back at the hotel, my girlfiend and I noticed that both my testicles had disappeared into my body, my scrotum was totally shrunken and i had a slight pain in the area. I was concerned that they would'nt come down. Took a hot shower with my girlfriend, also ejaculated hoping that would help, and eventually after about five hours, my testicles descended. This had never happend before-is this just a function of the cold water, and could there be any damage to fertility. |

What happened to you was normal as testicles tend to “ disappear” when they are called or when a man gets incredibly aroused. This has nothing to do with fertility because it is a muscle movement and it does not impair testosterone production.
A muscle called cremaster is responsible for lifting up testicles, and it may do it voluntarily when you are cold or aroused.
In order to confirm this….they came back down straight after taking shower with warm water.
The problem would be if they hadn’t come down. That would cause a great deal of pain and if that ever happens, you should see a doc. Otherwise, it is ok.
Some guys experience the same thing often while other guys don’t get that at all. Even thight and worry jeans could make your testicles withdraw but they would come back soon after you would get rid of the jeans. |
