I am currently waiting a 2nd laparoscopy after the first one 18 months ago found an adhesin. the doctor this time suspects endometriosis. my concern is that when i am masturbating, and not inserting anything, after orgasm i get pains in my pelvis and there is either a red or brown discharge afterwards. I am getting concerned, what could this be a sign of? (I am on the contraceptive injection that has stopped my periods apart from a breakthrough bleed onece every 3 months).
please help.
