ok I got my period 1 week early. My period is usually heavy. It was very light and lasted 3 days and @ the end of it it was like a pinkish color. I am experiencing a little dizziness, cramps & diahrea with fatigue. I have no irregular smell or itch.

It is very hard to say because you didn’t give many details except for the symptoms.

Is there a possibility that you got pregnant and that this were your implantation bleeding, which usually isn’t so heavy but you never know.
Have you maybe just started or stopped taking birth control pills? Starting or stopping bc pills could cause all sorts of irregularities that last until the hormonal levels go back to normal.

When was the last time you had gynecologist exam? Ovarian cysts often interfere with women’s periods, cause bleeding between periods, during sex, pain during ovulation, periods or sex.

I am confused by your other symptoms of “dizziness, cramps & diahrea with fatigue”, so I would have them checked.
