I have had this problem for close to a year now. I am too afraid Embarassed to discuss this with my parents and to go to a doctor. I am still a virgin. On and right under the head of my penis, above my circumcision scar, there are little red bumps/patches that are very sore to the touch. Also the tip/opening of my penis is very sore. When it rubs against my boxers it hurts and is discomforting. It especially hurts after I masturbate, and it seems to get worse after I masturbate. I went for almost a month one time without masturbating to see if it would get better, and it did a little bit, but it is now worse than ever. :\ I would love to know what is wrong with my penis. If it is just extremely chafed/raw? or I have a yeast infection/STI? or what. Can someone please help? Thank you so much!

Wow, this sounds almost exactly as the same trouble I'm having. I, too, am too afraid to talk about it with my parents and go see a doctor, I'm a virgin, and I have gone one month as of today without masturbating. It keeps getting a little better but every two weeks I've had a wet dream that makes it seem worse than before.

The only thing difference is I'm not sure if the red marks I have is the same. Could you explain the red patches a little better?

I'm hoping we can both get an answer for this.
