discomfort in left side of body

recently i have been having some discomfort on the left side of my abdomen and chest. It sort of feels like heartburn, indigestion. However i either feel it in the left side of my stomach or like a burning feeling under my left armpit/ chest area . I'm not sure what to make of it. it's been going on for 3 days now. I am a 24 year old male.

I've been taking some Tums but i'm not sure if it is helping much. Is this something i should be worried about
