Hello. I'm 23 year old male and I have some very delicate questions to discuss with all you. You see, I'm sexually active for over then six years now and I have never experienced anything similar.
Three days ago a strange thing happened to me. I was hanging around with this girl up in my room and there was no one in the house. I was very sexually exited and so was her and the sex was the next logical step. In that moment my mother entered the house and we had to stop. I walked her home and everything was just fine that day. But the next day I was feeling some discomfort in my testicles. So I have looked at my testicles and nothing seemed to be wrong, no lumps, nothing. The pain isn’t sharp just a discomfort. What is wrong with me?

Hello. I have just read your post and, because I know something about this, I have decided to help you. You see, you have nothing to be worried. This is very common situation and I will explain you the mechanism. This discomfort occurs when the blood that fills the vessels in a male's genital area during sexual arousal is not dissipated by orgasm. You probably know that when a man becomes sexually excited, the arteries carrying blood to the genital area enlarge. This is normal thing and if the male reaches orgasm and ejaculates, the arteries and veins return to their normal size. But, sometimes, when man doesn’t ejaculate there may be a lingering sensation of heaviness, aching, or discomfort in the testicles due to the continued blood fullness. The good thing about this condition is that the condition usually does not last long.

| As previouly described, you have "blue balls" or "lovers nuts" . Very common if you are highly arroused and do not ejaculate. It will go away on its own, but for quicker relief , just jerk off. |
