a year ago i dislocated my ankle playing basketball and i still have problems.
my mri showed i have a partially torn and a strechted ligaments. also my doctor found syndovitis fluid and says he needs to shave the bones on my ankle. i was wondern if anybody could give me information on any of this please. thank you Very Happy
