I am running long distance for some time already. Sometimes I have problems to make my running more interesting and more inspiriting. Usually I am doing really good and hard on my trainings but also there are days when I feel that do not train well and than it makes me very nervous.

Everyone runner has his crisis. You will always have bad days when you think that you run too slowly that you can't bring up your form to desired level. There are some tips which helped me while I am in training process and I hope it will work for you too.
You don't have to run every day as fast as you can, take some days and run slower and it will bring you relaxation. Also never skip your rest days as they are important same as your training days. Run different routes and make your running more interesting. Rotate your shoes too and try to find which one is the most suitable for you.
From time to time you may eat some thing you like and don't be afraid that it will spoil your diet.
