Hi, do you want to help me? I am a distance runner. I have some problems with my running technique. I had several injuries last year. Nothing serious, but it stops me of showing 100% of my abilities. I know that if I improve my running technique, the speed will be higher too. Tell me something about these distance running workouts.

The best way to improve your speed is technique training. Various drills and strideouts will help. The most important thing is to be relaxed during acceleration. Your jaw and neck, your fists they all have to be relaxed. Also you should not lift your shoulders. Try to warm up for 20 minutes. Then take a 10 runs of 100 meters. Accelerate first 70 meters and float last 30. Concentrate on your running.
