can you please tell me what could be the cause of a distended belly in an 18 month little girl? she is healthy, not to chubby elsewhere, is very active and happy. is it to do with diet?

I have this same situation with my daughter who is 29 months. We are very careful as to what she eats - mostly organic - and very, very few sugars. She has regular poops so I don't believe constipation is an issue. Any thoughts on what might be the cause? She is otherwise a very healthy little girl.
