I have abdominal pain caused by diverticulosis. I also feel tenderness at the left side of lower abdomen. I usually have pain attacks after meal. I’ve changed my nutritional habits, but symptoms persist. I am 67 years old and have problem with veins, so I don’t walk much. I also have constipation and it causes abdominal pain too.
Have some preparations for preventing constipations. You should eat more fibers, or have fiber supplements. Diverticulosis is asymptomatic in 80% cases.
Try to be more physically active. It would help you a lot.
