dizziness and more 9wks postpartum

I have been experiencing a dizzy sensation for about 6 weeks now. It has only gotten worse. Also in the past 6 wks I had a sore, itchy, draining right eye for about 3 days then it mysteriously went away. I have been getting some headaches with this along with fatigue and body aches. I had a c-section about 9 weeks ago and I also have slipped vertebrae - (l5-s1). What could this dizziness be and could it be a complication from my csection/pregnancy or something else? I had bloodwork done at the er for this problem and everyhting was normal.
