I have been having dizziness and I'm not sure the cause. I feel like my stomach is doing flips and I want to throw up on occations. I am not running a fever nor do I have an ear ache, and my blood pressure is normal. I have recently about a month ago, had a flu shot. I am a diabetic taking Lantas and Humalog insulin, I have had a gastric by pass a year and a half ago. I take Trazodone for headaches, effecor for nerves, zocor, nexium and many vitamins. I don't know what is causing the dizziness.
