dizzy, nauseated, right leg achy

I am a 30 yr old female who for the past couple months have been experiencing dizziness, as if I'm off balance and and when standing upright feel as though I am on moving ground, I also feel nauseated without ever actually getting sick or severe enough to get ill. At night my right leg and the arch of my foot feel as though I ran 10 miles and is achy and unconmfortable. Any ideas. I weigh 111 lbs, workout steadily, have 2 kids and am otherwise healthy...
