dizzy and lightheaded

Hi, I am a twenty five years old woman. Never in my life did I feel the way I am feeling now. There is something wrong with me that could, for all I know, be serious. I am feeling lightheaded and dizzy. I think that it is important to say that I workout and try to live as healthy as possible. Looking for a possible cause. Can you help?

Hi, feeling lightheaded and dizzy are such vague symptoms that can be assigned to a number of conditions. There are a couple of other things important for giving a proper diagnosis. Because you said you workout for instance your weight, how often do you workout and your blood pressure can be very important in determining what is causing you to feel this way. Since you are feeling dizzy and lightheaded for the first time, it could be caused by your workout. Maybe it is too intense for you. Try cutting it back a little. Also, you must have your blood pressure taken because low blood pressure can make you feel dizzy too. Maybe you are taking some medication that have side effects such as dizziness and lightheaded. Of course these are only some guesses as to what is causing you to feel lightheaded. You must see a doctor for a precise diagnosis. Also it is important that you do it as soon as possible.
