I recently started thinking about cross running. I like to train anyway, and pushing my body to its limits is something special to me. I have one question for you. Do I need a cross training plan? I want to be certain that I'll get good results in a short period of time, so I’m asking you for help.

In your case, good cross training plan is very much needed. To make your training more effecting and to pull out your body maximum, you must consider asking some expert trainer about this theme. A good plan also ensures that your body does not get too exhausted. Maybe you should consider becoming a member of some triathlon club. You'll get swimming + cycling + running. I think you should give it a try.
