Hello im a 15 year old female and recently i discoverd a large lump located by my tonsil ! in my upper throat ! it is a painless lump, i have no troubles breathing or swalling. Could this be a tumor or cancer? im soo scared pleasee help Crying or Very sad

I had the same thing, I am 24 and it was already removed. I have an a lot of cancer in my family so they thought it was cancer but fortunately it was not. It was the ebstein barr. It is a virus that inflames the lymph nodes. It is referred to as EBV. When you google EBV you will obtain a lot more information. Never the less it should be removed to make sure it is not cancer since that possibility always exits and the only real way to find out is to have it removed.
