Hi, I am 26 years old female and I am eating lot. I am overweight and I have at least 20 pounds more than my normal weight. Since I know for my self, I always liked to eat. I always have some snacks between my meals and also I like cookies very much.
I don't know if I have eating disorder.
Hi, it is not so easy to tell if you have eating disorder according to these facts you have mentioned. I would suggest you to try to reduce intake if calories and to start with some physical activities. It would give some results soon. If you are not able to control your eating habits and you continue to gain your weight it would be good to visit your doctor and consult him.
