i have a blister on the bottom of my right nut. and there are these 2 little yellow things flying around in my ball sack. they go on my balls and i feel a massive pain.

You probably don't have testicular (ball cancer), most people who notice what you do, don't, BUT for goodness sake go to a doctor and get it checked out! If you are embarrassed you can usually choose the sex of your doctor if you are more confortable with that. The worst thing is doing nothing about it and just worrying.
