do i need to get checked out after abortion?

I had abortion 3 weeks ago because of some health issues. my doctor says if i am feeling fine i don't need to take any test or get checked out. but even though i have no pain or other complains, am still concerned, could there be anything going wrong without having synphtoms?

You should go back for a check-up, I have never heard of any "good" doctor telling women not to come back for a check-up.

WE always tell women to have a follow up appt, whether it is with us or her private doctor.
