When a man is aroused and gets an erection, does his testicles enlarge as well as his penis? In other words do they feel heavy?

Yes, testicles as well as penis get filled with blood when a man gets aroused. They become slightly bigger and harder. They may even go up a little bit but that happens when ejaculation is approaching. When a man gets aroused and doesn’t get relief (orgasm or doesn’t ejaculation), the pain he may feel is called blue balls. It is because they don’t get relief and blood stays trapped in there for some time. It's not fun at all.
