Yesterday I was talking to my friend while we were in the gym. We were discussing out training programs and he told me that he practices cross training. Till now I went only in the gym, 4 times a week. I thought it was just enough but now I am in dilemma would I also start cross training. I was wondering if other people do cross training and what are their experiences.

Hi, I may tell you for myself that I practice cross training for some time. Before that I used to go only to swimming but I changed that. Now I am going to the gym one day, the other I go to swimming and on the third day I do stretching. Working out this way I feel stronger and with more energy. This training program is also more interesting than my former training.
