do you feel lonely during long distance run?

Hi, I am 34 year old male and I am long distance runner for more than 15 years. When I was younger running I was able to run for hours and I felt great. I liked to won on competitions and wining was main goal for me. Later running becomes joy, way to relax myself and to rid of stress. In the last few weeks I feel little bit lonely while I am running so I was wondering if such thing happens to other people.

Hi, I have run very much when I was younger. I have never made some great results but running was thing I liked very much. I also felt lonely several times and it is quite normal. Running may be quite boring if you do not find someone to run with. Especially if you run for fun and joy I suggest you to find a friend who will make you company. It is very good to have friend on the track which will help you to overcome your running crisis or improve your running rhythm.
