hy, i am 18 and i did loose some of my hair well its pretty bad and i am getting my hair back now. i started masterbation when i was 14 or 15 and i am 18 right now and i do agree that i went crazzy on the poor guy but i have stopped now( well trying)..i go to the gym and i eat 6 times a day. all haealy food no junk food. so if i eat haealthy and try to slow down on the masterbation part would i get my hair back? please tell me because i am stressed out
