Hello. I must do something with my looks. I gained too much kilos and I must eliminate that. I was thinking of doing some exercises, but I cannot make up my mind whether to do that in the gym or at home. What do you prefer? Why? I would be very grateful for all your opinions.

Hi, there. I prefer exercising in the gym. It is true that it costs more. However, you can exercise in peace. You have one or two hours for that. I tried to exercise at home once, but it wasn't successful. Telephone rang and interrupted me. My family members walked into my room and interrupted me. I would go to the gym if I were you. Pay for a whole month, it will make you practice regularly. Good luck!
