do you suggest trying with the meds?

What would you do in my situation? I know there is something wrong, I have never felt like this before. I mean, I start crying for no apparent reason, and I just cannot stop. I have these fears that nothing will turn out to be right, even small, meaningless things. do you suggest trying with the meds?

Medications are always a possibility. Perhaps you could try first with therapeutic sessions and if that does not work for him, switch to meds. I am not a big fan of drugs, because they always have the other side, unwanted effects that question the benefit of the medication. Still, it sometimes might be the only solution. Unfortunately.
