does IBS usually have bad headaches??

Ok, so I have had IBS for about 3 years now. I am getting really bad headaches like never before and I don't know why...I have also been getting other symptoms like fatigue/tiredness, I've been going to the bathroom a lot. like my bowel movements are bigger than before and I'm constantly gassy(really bad) and massively bloated...*i look pregnant..that's how bloated i get. Has anyone else gotten this symptoms before. I don't know if it's my IBS acting up or if it's something else. I'm kinda worried...any help???
