I am 36 yrs old sufering frm ankylosing spondilitis for last 19 yrs apprx. been takin painkillers ever since. I am a regular drinker(250 to 300 ml of whiskey each day) & a regular smoker(13 to 15 cigarettes each day). I have observed a shrinkage in the size of my testicles over past couple of years or a little more. I used to do very heavy weight training to keep my muscles strong which i have stopped completely for last 3 yeras but I guess shrinking of testicles started around that time while i was still gymming...cant pin point when exactly i discovered this. now the testicles at times completely disappear & seems to go inside the pubic bone but at times they show up while still very small.
plz help me to understand what could be the possible reason & a cure for this if this is abnormal. Also how far should the foreskin on the penis retract?? Is it normal for the foreskin to retract upto the glan(the protruded head of the penis) or it should actually go all the way uptil the root of it frm where it emerges(the fixed end of penis)
