does anybody know any natural antihistamines?

I am allergic to pollen, dust, cats, feathers and only God knows what else. It is my destiny I suppose. I fight against it every day especially in the spring because pollen bothers me the most. I have tried with Benadryl and Sudafed but every time I use antihistamines I become drowsy and I hate that feeling. I would like to try some natural antihistamines. Does anybody know any natural antihistamines?

I am glad to hear that more and more people are deciding to take natural medications. It is only real way to healing. Maybe the best known natural antihistamine is vitamin C. There are a lot of natural nutrients and herbs that works as natural antihistamines and help you to keep breathing passages clear. Bee pollen is also very healthy.
