does birth control make you sleepy cause I use it and Im always tired after I take the pill.

Yes, tiredness is an often bc pills' side effect. My best friend has been taking them and went through a whole bunch of side effects. The spotting and acne disappeared but she is still feeling tired and lethargic although it's been over 5 months.
