hi
I am 21 years old and I mastrbate everyday.Now I feel weak when I have erection and I have low sex drive. does mastrbating cause erection dysfunction? If it does how can I cure it? |

| yes excessive ejaculation whether by masturbating or having sex, can lead to sexual exhaustion, i am 28 and have semi exhausted my sexual health. Reduce ur masturbating to 1-3 times a week and u should be fine. |

I'm 52 and still enjoy daily masturbation along with an active and regular sex life, the myth that too much masturbation can sap your strength and lead to hairy palms or detrimentally affect your health is nothing but that ,a myth, and a dangerous one at that as belief in it can cause the very thing your concerned about but this is strictly physiological in nature not physical, the truth is in fact quite the opposite, to much abstinence from sex, be it masturbation or intercourse can actually cause your sex drive to diminish, if you are feeling run down or exhausted I suggest looking in other areas for the reason and perhaps a visit to the docs to find out the true cause, the testicles do use a fair amount of the bodies zinc in the production of sperm but a simple daily dose of a zinc supplement can sort that that out (don’t exceed the recommended daily dosage) so enjoy your masturbation and stop worrying about it, that in itself can be self defeating. It’s also been proven that at the moment of orgasm (regardless how it is produced) that the brain secrets a substance that can not only improve your health but may also slow down the aging process.
