It sure does affect ones psyche, it makes you less stressed and more relaxed, at least it does so in my case and guys and girls I know. Freud, the father of psychology, said that masturbation as a sexual relief should be practiced because if sexual tension wasn’t relieved, it would lead to either neurosis or creativity.
Too much masturbation, meaning every day a few times a day, could make one exhausted and tired. Eastern medicine even reports many other side effects of over-masturbation but I am not sure that they are recognized in the Western medicine. They claim that over-masturbation could lead to weak erections, premature ejaculation, pain in the penis and testicles, even baldness, depression, tiredness, etc |

effects of mastrubation are:
1- if you have toothache, hedache DO NOT MASTRUBATE.
reasons:
1- toothache pain will dubble after ejaculation and will stay for very long.
2-headache will also dubble and the headache pain will be on the top right corner of your forhead near the eye, in some cases you might fill it like a heart beat.
3- if tyerd DO NOT mastrubate.
Reasons:
1-you will have extreme back pain
2-pain in the neck
3-bones will feal weak.
other effects>>>>
1- Memory Damage
2-Pain in the balls
3-lack of sperm
4-thin body
5-black lines under the eyes
6-weak eye sight
7-boledness
8-confusion
9-slow mind thinking
10-slow reaction.
