I have problem with social phobia. Every time I have to be in surrounding of unknown people and especially when I am in the center of attention I am so nervous and I feel so much anxiety that my heart pumps like wild, my hand sweats and my head is like under the compress. When I am stressed because of something things are becoming even worse, last time I had feinted. Does stress makes things worse with you?

Stress and anxiety is so correlated that sometimes it is very hard to tell a difference. One provokes the other and opposite. I have social phobia too. I am going to all kinds of behavioral treatments, individual or in groups. But still if I am stressed of any other reason it influences my phobia to become worse.
