does this happen to all uncircumcised guys?

Im 18 this year,uncircumcised and have this problem.I have had unprotected sex with my girlfriend before just once in my whole life about 9 months ago.Since then i began to pay alot of attention to me penis for fear that i might have contracted something.Whenever i wash my penis head with retracted foreskin,if i do not dry it up,i will get some sores on my naked penis head.The same happens when i urinate and do not clean up access urine.But if i dry it up and clean my penis up after urine,i do not have such sores.Im really worried everyday ,every minute is like living hell to me.i need to know if im having some kind of low immune system caused by aids or does this happen to all guys.PLS HELP ME PLS.

You need to see an urologist about this. It would be best if you saw him while the sores are present. Is it just like sore head or you have open sores or some other visible symptoms?

Iy could be that your head is oversensitive for being too much under the foreskin, but for the piece of your mind, you better have it checked. It is the best way to find out the truth.

I've seen before a doctor when the sores are present.and she said that there's nothing wrong with me and asked me to stop worrying.The sores is like those that if u keep scratching ur penis head till it becomes a little sore,those kind of sore.No bleeeding no itching.But i did not scratch it.and yes,my penis head is totally under the foreskin.pls help kruko.

does this happen to all uncircumcised guys?
