dolobid effects in post-traumatic pain and immobility?

Four moths ago I had a serious car accident and in it I had a severe back injury. Fortunately, I am not paralyzed. I was in a hospital for a long time, back surgery was performed and now I am left with the pain. I still attend physical therapies, but the pain is becoming unbearable. What would be dolobid effects for post-traumatic pain and immobility?

Dolobid belongs to a group of anti inflammatory drugs. It also has analgesic effect that could work well for post-traumatic pain. But, there are a large numbers of pain killers that are specialized with dealing with back pain after the surgery. I think that you should consult your doctor and ask him what would be the best medication for you.
